Our Project "Probation Practice in the Education, Implementation, Consulting and Development of Remediation Services in European Perspective" was performed under the coordination of Antalya Probation Directorate with the partnership of Association of Social service professionals of the Mediterranean Region Branch and Adana Probation Directorate, between the dates of 01/07/2014-30/06/2016. with Our project; convicts, drug addicts and disadvantaged groups for training, improvement and rehabilitation works are carried out with Consortium member institutions our other stakeholder organizations, official and volunteer personnel, training improvement works were used in the methods and techniques in the semi-configured training courses with job observation training current knowledge and experience with the development and aims to provide better quality services for target groups. with Our project; staff who attends to the mobility as learners ; "cognitive behavioral therapy", "psycho-educational group work", "substance abuse and personal interview techniques" training with the knowledge, skills and experience increasing; •Rehabilitating convicts and drug addicts, •Crime prevention of recurrence, •The protection of society and the victim, •Turkish Probation Service aims to develop EU standards. Our project, in order to achieve the above mentioned goals and objectives, training courses and on-the-job training for observations to be made to the United Kingdom and Germany are based on mobility. Each mobility, training officers in improvement activities was carried out with the participation of 10 staff, totally 40 participants. Mobility of learners take part in; convicts, drug addicts and disadvantaged groups involved in rehabilitation activities; it will consist of managers, psychologists, social workers, sociologists, teachers and case manager. Our project methodology; adult education activities are widely used, winding and informal education according to the methods has been prepared; semi-structured training courses and on the job observation training and learners "learning by doing model" applied to information and gain experience was built on. In our project plan every movement after the learners' training courses and job observation training gained from the knowledge, skills and experience, which consists of educational outcomes, "Project R & D and Executive Team" evaluated by the members of the consortium of the rehabilitation activities in order to use applicable programs was developed. In this project we will create a consortium member institutions primarily in these programs, the continuation of the existing training and improvement of local and national stakeholders in the work, applying the service provided was up to EU standards. Our project in the long term, •To progress of Turkish Probation System in the National field, •The development of the services provided to our target audience, •Development of the support services for crime victims and children who drifted into crime in EU perspective. •To be taken abroad through training, supporting the professional and personal development of our staff. •The establishment of international partnerships and the development of new projects, will contribute.
