The objective is to improve the information tools and systems needed for reaching the best possible decisions for sustainable coastal development. Based on the partners’ experience in this field, the project will draw up guidelines for the use of indicators in reports on coastal conditions and in the creation of regional development strategies. Based on the partners’ experience in this field, the project will draw up guidelines for the use of indicators in reports on coastal conditions and in the creation of regional development strategies. Expected results / Résultats attendus The objective will be met once technical information on the indicators has been drawn up. The compilation, recording and dissemination of partners’ information using a Geographical Information System will allow the development of guidelines on the use of indicators. Also, the partners plan to carry out a feasibility study on the creation of an inter-regional coastal observatory.
