The main objectives are as follows: To make up for the lack of qualified personnel for managing and setting up operations in the framework of structural funds. The solution proposed is the organisation of a post-graduate master’s course on land planning and local development; to publish the concepts of the ESDP and disseminate the guidelines to be followed for good land and local development through communication and information measures so that the ESDP concepts can be applied directly and projects proposed for EU funding.
