Decreasing Unemployment by Cross-border Education and Approach Development (DUCEAD)

The project consists in development of a common cross border strategy and a survey based on needs analysis in order to provide most suitable subject content for a joint Cross-border Euro-Entrepreneur Course (with ICT software support and business consultancy) enhancing business and labour market skills.The general objective of the project is growth and employment, social cohesion, sustainable environment, with relating instruments redesigned to boost dynamic economic growth. The main activities are Programme, Curriculum Development and Course delivery -Organising workshops for partners, Base-line study for fighting structural unemployment in the sector of public administration and disadvantaged young/elderly employees and unemployed people and Curriculum development for joint further education programme. The direct target group of the project is: 277 / 142 women, 135 men (civil servants -both people working in public administration and in education, youngsters - both graduates and undergraduates).Among the project results: 3 strategic workshops, 2 conferences, 2 courses prepared, 2 study trips.
