For this reason, the potential impact of the proposed youth exchange can reach all these people and impact on the area where we live.Participants will be in direct contact on many occasions with rural youth, with other professionals working in the field of no-formal education, with people of different nationalities and associations in the area. And so, this stay will activate the ability to take responsibility for the preparation of a project from beginning to end, to think differently learning to respect and openness to others, and give a motivation to define their life project.Likewise, we establish personal networks that can be maintained over time, both among the participants of exchange as at the technical level between the two associations.
