TITLE: FROM DEBUT TO SUCCESS PARTICIPANTS : 1 . Anton Cristina Elena - Director C.C.D. Braila - Project management; 2. Ion Aurelia - Informatician C.C.D. Braila - Promotion Project 3. Butea Elena - Methodist professor C.C.D. Braila - Training courses on the lifelong learning / mentoring ; 4. Costel Neicu Daniel - Cooperation projects on lifelong learning / mentoring ; OBJECTIVES : - Improve communication skills ; - Develop skills for career planning and goal setting ; - Respect the different cultures; - Practice the ability to listen, empathize , encourage. C.C.D. Braila needs more qualified staff : - Develop with Board members of CCD Braila a vision and a policy plan mentoring in the county - Manage and organize all sorts of activities on mentoring / coaching / counseling with / without partners - To ensure quality projects / training courses on mentoring - To stimulate the adaptation of international orientation curricular elements - Successfully apply for grants under the Erasmus + - To communicate and collaborate in terms of intercultural with EU partners DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES : 1 . Formal and informal meetings and discussions with ward staff about the need for a continuing education project / mentoring 2. Verbal agreement with team members that will participate in the project 3. Identifying training providers in Europe to meet the needs identified in the European development 4. The exchange of correspondence with suppliers identified 5 . Choosing the provider that offers the skills closest to the needs of people involved in the project 6 . Filling in the form of mobility for adult education KA1 7 . Providing support information and detailed program on course 8 . Questionnaires for understanding the needs, interests and expectations of the course modules 9 . Throughout the project will aim at maintaining quality standards in the field of teacher training and mentoring by following step by step to achieve the objectives of EU development plan 10 . Participants will have the opportunity to take part in discussions on mail / forum / Facebook. RESULT: Strategic target for next year is the formation of at least 50 on the career development of junior staff. IMPACT: The four participants will be able to develop new interactive learning skills and to share their experience and other colleagues . The fact that the language of communication is English will make us to improve our knowledge and communicate in this language. It is an opportunity to meet customs, traditions , peculiarities of European countries, but also a chance to promote and show our country's culture : customs, traditions , values ​​and attitudes. Long-term benefits : This experience will allow us to develop cooperation in other European partnership projects and also offers the opportunity to strengthen the European dimension in education in the lifelong learning / mentoring .
