Das moderne Modell der interaktiven Bildung fur Mitarbeiter der Lebensmittelbranche im KMU-Sektor – On-line Lernen

The project refers to the results of an earlier done project with the same topic. It aims at developing an e-learning tool for the training in HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points) for the food sector. This refers to the EU guidelines for enterprises to apply the HACCP and therefore the need for enterprises to train their staff. The project addresses specificly management, employees, apprentices of SME’s in the food sector. Trainers and teachers are targeted as well. In the framework of the project a set of webbased training and learning materials shall be developed which can be used for self study and on-line training. A methodological package for trainers and teachers and criteria for cerfication shall be added. The materials will be available in several language versions (Polish, German, lithuanian). A project platform shall be accessible in order to foster networking and valorisation. The valorisation of the project shall be done via publications, workshops, conferences, distribution of CD-Roms, articles in magazines, and with the former and actual network of SME’s. The project results shall have an impact on the introduction of HACCP in SME’s. This will allow an increasement of client orientation, a better market presence, an imrpovement of security in the enterprises. An improvement of competence of the trainers is intended as well.
