Erasmus+, key action is Educational mobility of individuals, the activity is Mobility of school staff called Further education of teachers. It is aimed at improving the quality of teacher education in accordance with the needs of schools in the context of international cooperation. The aim of the project is training teachers in priority areas: upgrading and modernization of teaching, the use of ICT in teaching, developing key competencies for lifelong learning for teachers,the professional and personality development, participation in international projects and sharing their experience with school teachers and partner schools. The strategic objective of the training is that the school has prepared an educated team of teachers who are able to improve the quality and effectiveness of education and to apply the methods and forms of work that motivate and activate the student development and contribute to the formation of their positive attitudes thus leading to the recognition of cultural and social diversity of European countries The intention of the Mobility school staff is focused on the professional development of teachers abroad in the form of courses abroad and shadowing colleagues ( job-shadowing) at the partner school. Both activities correspond to the objectives and needs of the school. The choice is made on the basis of references and content of the courses. The two English courses are aimed at modernizing the teaching by the use of ITC and new modern methods of teaching from the UK. The German language course is designed for one teacher of the German language and is also focused on new methods and forms. Job shadowing is planned with a Spanish school which we had worked with in the past on several projects, but in this mobility it is focused on a French teacher and a Czech mathematician. Reciprocal job-shadowing is done with a partner school in Italy for teachers of Spanish and a partner school in Slovakia for a teacher of mathematics.The aim of this activity is to share examples of good practice, knowledge of cultural and social environment, creating contacts to start new projects and the international cooperation and promote the European dimension of school activities. The participants in the project can participace according to their interests and needs. The school will support the choice of the participants with regard to the needs of the school and the total of seven teachers will participate in the project. Project activities include making the programme work in collaboration with the project partners, realizing courses and job-shadowing, which is monitored by a partner institution which prepares an evaluation report and issues the certificate. It evaluates the quality of mobility and the development of competencies of the participant. After the completion of activities it is followed by sharing the experience of participants within the school community.The publication will use the experience of the eTwinning portal. The application of new methods and forms of teaching will be monitored by the Headmaster will create conditions for the dissemination of results. The specific impact of the project is in professional and personal development of the participants in mobility, improve the work of teachers and the modernization of teaching-enhancing educational process of the school. The result is an educated student able to compete in the labor market and we will share experiences with other schools. Job-shadowing strengthens the cooperation between partner schools and the further cooperation between teachers and the creation of new projects. The European dimension of school activities will improve the assessment of institutions in need of support programs aimed at strengthening language and cultural exchanges between young Europeans.
