Curso de formación sobre Cooperación y Trabajo Colaborativo en la Educación No Formal de los jóvenes

In a very changing world, marked by the Internet revolution and by a long economical and structural crisis new patterns of social organization, based on cooperation and collaboration, are emerging in political, socio-economical and educational fields. COOPER'ACTION stems from the will to enhance Collaborative Working among youngsters as a more sutainable social development catalyst, based on participaction, contribution and mutual support. The project COOPER'ACTION intends to analyze these phenomenas as tools to empower youth people through no formal education in Europe. During a 8 days training course, 9 associations from 7 European ccountries will work on the following topics: > CULTURE OF COOPERATION: Why cooperate and why do not compete? How and with Whom? > TOOLS AND METHODOLOGIES OF COLLABORATIVE WORK: practising free and open Internet tools and social networks. > NETWORKING AND EUROPEAN COOPERATION: how to use these work methodologies to facilitate international networking and to promote new and innovative European projects in the field of non formal education of youth. The project's results will benefit the participants and participating organziation, by orientate and supporting them in: > using new digitals tools and developing new Collaborative working tools and methodologies inside the partner organizations > to start designing a methodology for the implementation of management patterns and horizontal development in European youth organizations. > Setting up a free Internet platform to exchange and disseminate the activites that will be carried out during the project.
