Project aims at initiating cross-border co-operation in the area of culture with Lithuania and continuation of longterm cross border co-operation in the area of culture with Kaliningrad Region and in the result, closer integration of artistic circles of region and realisation of common cross border projects. The main activity of the project is realisation of the 7th International Festival of Theatre and Visual Arts ZDARZENIA - Tczew - Europe, which will include: scientific conference dedicated to contemporary history at both sides of border, parade Roads to Roots, made in cross -border co-operation, which will present cultural heritage of region; and workshops for artistic academies - students from Poland, Lithuania and Kaliningrad Region.
