There will be 20 participants of Romanian nationality: 14 girls and 6 boys. These participants will not all come from the same group: they are chosen by the Nocrich Scouts Center. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIESActivities that are included will mainly be of cultural and social background, or made to develop their skills as future leaders of scouting groups. They will need to coöporate, take initiative and ultimately prepare a day of activities for children themselves. This will allow them to feel comfortable during the stay and help them find their own way of learning to be leaders. They get more experience in international projects, leading to other partnerships.Local community benefits from the input of a different culture. Maybe the activity on the last day (where the participants prepare and organise games for local children) will encourage those children to be more open and in becoming leaders themselves.
