Cu un job bun in Europa viitoare !-With a Good Job into the Future Europe!

The project initiated by the Technical College “Gheorghe Bals” from Adjud, targets the training of a highly competitive future labor force, technological high-school graduates with real employment chances in the European field of work and “With a good job in the future Europe” through high quality practical training ( the completion of the training stages, sequences from the national curriculum in other important institutions in the country, Centrum Kształcenia Praktycznego from Poland and companies from Portugal under the supervising of Escola Profissional do Montijo from Portugal ) and the education of the teachers in using some new methods of teaching the curriculum of a certain speciality. The project applies for the Action key 1- mobility for trainees and the educational staff of the Erasmus+ program : Its aims are: O.!. The achievement of abilities by the students of the Technical College “Ghe. Bals” in an international context and their recognition abroad for their personal development and increased chances of professional insertion. O.2. The training of a teaching staff VET of high quality at the Technical College “Ghe. Bals”, through job shadowing/observance activities in teaching/training institutions from another country, able to respond to the needs of the school, to improve the training program in the students’ major in order to increase their performances. O.3. The improvement of our school’s capacity of working at an international level in order to facilitate the geographical and professional mobility and to increase the chances of employment of the young Europeans. The target group is made of: _ trainees; + 36 students from the eleventh grade, having the qualification of Automatization Technician and Mecathronic Technician, level 4; + 36 students from the tenth grade , having as the general training domain Trading (commerce)(12), Tourism and alimentation (12) and food industry(12). _ teachers; + 5 teachers, from the curricular field of Technologies, major in : mechanics, electronics/electrotechnics. During the 24 months of implementation the following mobility activities will take place: _ stages of professional training in Portugal, in an institution of professional training, with periods of time of practical learning (practice) in a company , as follows: The first year of implementation : 29.02-18.03. ’16 , 18 students from the tenth grade (flux 1); The second year of implementation: 06.02-24.02'17, 18 students from the tenth grade (flux 3); _ stages of professional training in Poland, as follows: The first year of implementation : 02.-20.05'16, 18 students from the eleventh grade (flux 2); The second year of implementation :27.02.-17.03'17, 18 students from the eleventh grade (flux 4). The students of the eleventh grade will study M9, Electronic circuits, and the students of the tenth grade will study the CDL named Merging Practical Training in the field of General Training. The tutoring and the guiding will be done by the stage tutor and the supervision will be done by the eight joining teachers from the Technical College “Ghe. Bals”. The RI achieved by the students , positively assessed by the ones responsible with the training in the Center of CKP or EPM training when needed ( acknowledged institutions for evaluating abilities and authorized for the release of certificates/diplomas) according to the Polish or Portuguese system under the close supervision of the stage tutor and of Romanian companions. These results will be validated through Europass and, at the end of the mobility activities , they will be transferred via ECVET in Romania and recognized by the Technical College “Ghe. Bals”, where the students are registered. To be included in the students’ qualifications once they graduate . The teaching staff will take part at job shadowing/observance activities at CKP in Poland with the duration of 14 days between: 04.04-15.04.2016. The content of the training activities is specific to the domain of specialization The use of student centered methods and TIC in teaching current technologies in the Mechanical domain of mechanical assemblies , The making of electronic circuits – Electronics. The RI achieved in Poland will be transfered and recognized with professional transferable credits in Romania. All the participants shall benefit – before the mobility but also during it – of pedagogic training, linguistic and cultural training that will influence the ability of students to communicate in a foreign language, also developind thei intercultural knowledge.
