The startegic goals of Defex Hungary Ltd. is to build and develop an International Training Center, where the continouse competency and skill development allows high quality trainign access for our target groups. With the support of our crisis management program, our mentoring program, we would like to widen our portfolio and build international relationships with other trainign intitutions in the EU. New challenges have developed due to the migrant situation in the EU. The fight against terrorism also requires new and innovative methods in the security industry. Our organization plays a key roll in preparing staff members (civil volunteers, police, public guards and humanitarian experts) working with migrants or with organizations involved in this topic. In order to meet the new requirments of this industry, we must prepare our trainers and mentors to be able to professionaly compete this task and give access to high quality training opportunities for our target groups. We would like to obtain and build in these newly learned strategies and skills into our organization and directly into our traiing courses we provie. In order to reach our goals, we must develop the personal and professional competencies of our trainers and staff and allow them to get aquanted with new practices and innovative menthods that they can apply in theri own work. To achive thes goals, our colleagues will participate in EU training courses:(1) Society Challeges in Regions- Competency: crisis management, crisis communication, startegic planning, conflict handling (2) Developing Engaging E-leanring coursesCompetency: E-learning course design, innovative IT(3) Mentoring: innovative approach for mentor skill developmentCompetency: professional innovative mentoring with families in crisis4) Project managementCompetency: planning, interational co-operationExpected results:Our staff will…• Loyality of our staff will strenghten, „leanring orgnaization” and knowledge management will grow• Live, active international networking wil begin with other EU training staff/organizations• Will be prepared to develop and implement EU projects with EU partners• Competency and skill development will have a positive effect on our target groups• Our trainiers will learn new training methods, that can be applied in everyday work• They will learn to work in an international environement• Will be prepared to support professional target groups related to/workign with the migrant situationWith the new skills we will obtain, the quality of our trainings and services will grow. New, international trainings can be launched, allowing wide cross-sectoral networking and mobility of our trainers around the EU.
