Project goal: The promotion of intercultural dialogue. Targeted involvement of young people with few opportunities. Phase I: Saturday, 23.05.2015 - Fri .29.05.2015: rehearsals, workshops, group activities, discourses, discussions, concert, overnight stays Two other stages in France and Germany complemented this project, which were promoted and treated separately from the Erasmus + funding. Orchestra conductor Oliver Scherke of the Jugendmusikschule Pforzheim selected a music program, which was designed to address young people and blew away the normal framework of the concert scene. According to the European motto "unity in diversity" a "crossover program" was put together which combined classical and pop music. At the same time an intellectual framework program was written and that European Motto sought to explore the levels of experience which was conveyed to the young Europeans through workshops, discussions, discourses, presentations and tasks. In carrying out the tri-national orchestra project the partners acted on an equal footing. They pursued the common goal of understanding through and via the music. The respective delegations took clearly assigned tasks such as organization and reservations. Accompanying the musical work of the institutions, independently prepared roundtables of young musicians among themselves and regarding current and fundamental European issues were organised. Presentation panels and presentations about their own country and the expectations of the respective young people supported an understanding of young people for one another , so that the musical exchange was also underpinned intellectually-theoretically in accordance with the contractual terms of the Erasmus program + .
