Crossborder qualifications a more flexible job market

The purpose of the project is to develop a method for integration of unemployed people with a immigrant background on the labour market in the Oresund Region. It is important to develop a method which can open possibilities for the unemployed to be qualified for jobs both in Sweden and in Denmark and in this way make a more flexible labour market in the region, both in terms of where people apply for jobs and where they eventually get a job. In the project it is very important to have close contacts with the business sector to get a better definition of what qualifications are needed in order to establish a more specialised training for the above group. The project will test the validation and training methods on a group of unemployed immigrants.
