The project enhances the cooperation of communities between Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County (HU) and Satu Mare County (RO). The general objective of the initiative is to promote the economic growth of the two regions by developing and protecting the joint historical and cultural values. The specific objectives are connected to implementation of joint research, organization of conferences, workshops, exhibitions, preparation of publications as well as to the protection and presentation of the joint historical and cultural heritage. Target groups of the projects are employees and visitors of museums located in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County and in Satu Mare County, museum experts, local municipalities, churches, civil organisations, students, as well as the entire population of the two counties.
