The region taken by the Project is situated In the remote parts of the countries, far away from the main social changes Or economical ones. Because of that fact there are fewer possibilities for the development for the active people In the educational field. That is connected with the worse educational standard, especially in small local communities. Benefiting and the target group. The mentioned situation mainly includes the methodologists and NGO coaches. That is why there is urgent need to support these institutions systematically and the need for the trans- border cooperation. The common factor of the teachers, methodologists, and coaches that are invited to the project, will be their willingness to share common experience and the urge to learn something new, innovative and modern educational techniques. The project implies the realizations of 2 conferences, 24 workshops, 2 methodological fairs, internal trainings, expertise making and strategies of trans- border cooperation in the field of methodology, good preparation and creatinf the institution of trans- border methodology center together with the internet service, publication materials in the form of a book which will allow for the quality change in every teacher and coach functioning of the project (the ability to develop yourself synergically), through the individual change there is a change of community ( the educational system ) and the introduction of cooperation culture.With the project results, the research taken, the strategy of cooperation will be created for the teachers and coaches of NGO in the trans- border methodology office. The document will allow for the systematic and planned way to develop the cooperation with the communities in the project.
