Overall objective of the project aims at expanding of the educational area in the region of CBC Lithuania-Poland-Russia Programme in order to create in school-partners infrastructure broadening informational educational areas and develop new methods and approaches of work with students with the use of video-communicative technologies. Expected Results: 1. Creation of television, press and publishing houses on the bases of school-partners. 2. Increasing the level of teachers qualification in the sphere of video-communicative technologies. 3. Elaboration and approbation of methods of video-communicative technologies during classes and out-of-class activity. 4. Putting video-communicative technologies into operation in the educational process on a regular basis.
