Cross-border cooperation in order the improve labour market integration of graduates (INTEGRATE)

The general objective of the project is to decrease structural unemployment in the cross-border area by supporting labor market integration of higher education graduates. The specific objectives are the following:1. Developing a cross-border modular training program aiming at the development of competencies required on the labor market, in accordance with the needs of the target groups2. Supporting the labor market integration of 20 unemployed higher education graduates from Bihor and Hajdú-Bihar counties in the frames of a pilot training program aiming at the development of competences required on the labor market.The main activities of the project are linked to methodological preparation of the training program development, e-learning development, development of classic training materials, and implementation of a pilot training program on both sides of the borderThe target groups of the project consists of unemployed higher education graduates from Bihar and Hajdú-Bihar i counties, (according to official data from 2008 approx. 1000 persons); 20 unemployed higher education graduated (10 from Bihor county, 10 from Hajdú-Bihar county, trained during the pilot training program, adult training organization in the area, who will adopt the developed adult training program, (according to official data 124 registered adult training provider, 58 from Bihor, 66 form Hajdú-Bihar county) employers from the two counties, persons who will participated at training courses organized after project closure on the basis of the developed adult training program, as well as the population of the target area: approx. 1 150 000 persons, inhabitants of the two counties.
