Cross - border cooperation for specialists training in the field of Industrial Risk Management (IRM)

The main objective of the project is to ensure appropriate trainings of the specialists and future specialists (students currently) from the cross-border area, in the field of Industrial Risk Management (IRM), in order to enrich their knowledge in this topic and thus to increase the chances for achieving a high safety level in-service of industrial equipment.General objective:Strengthen social and economic cohesion of the border area through jointly development of skills and knowledge in Industrial Risk Management.Specific objectives:Joint, complementary development of training in IRM topic and improve educational facilities of educational institutions for this field.The planned main activities are: identification of Hungarian and Romanian industry requests for personnel qualified on risk management, collection and organization of data, planning and implementing a course for trainers in risk management, collaboration in the preparation of an educational product (harmonized course support, based on the experience of all involved partners), adaptation and translation into Hungarian and Romanian of a harmonized course support for training and qualification of risk management assessor as well as organization of two pilot trainings and qualification courses on Industrial Risk Management, in Szeged and Timisoara.The direct target group of the project is fomed by 50 specialists, technical staff of companies or students which the project offers the opportunity for developing a new career in IRM field and 10 persons who became trainers.Among the project results: 2 courses jointly developed, 1 educational facility renovated.
