The project will develop and promote mental health for teenagers and youths in the Romania - Republic of Moldova border area based on the increase of the role of the civil society and the local community. Expected Results: Creation of a set of instruments of identification and evaluation of special educational needs, and of information and training in the field of mental health for members of target group; Elaboration of a set of information and education and training instrument for the people without risk, with low risk or with increased risk of developing a mental disease; Decrease in risk factor for mental health and addressing needs of the most vulnerable groups; Development of the mental healthy services at level of primary assistance and Development of partnership with local, national and cross border community in promotion and training materials.
