CREAttivaMente will take place in Italy in the city of Brindisi from May 2015. It will involves five people coming from five different Countries. The project aims to give young italian and foreign people opportuniteis and chances to interact and cooperate in our youth center, in order to raise up cultural and artistic events, i order to gain or to improve some competences both social and formative. Volunteers will have different educational background, with competences in planning and projects, creativity and artistic competences, organizational competences and communicative ones; so that we will create a miscellaneous team, in which each member will be complementary to others: this is our first aim to gain by the project. If during the evs this goal will be reached, we will work in order to guarantee that the cooperation among participants will continue in their future life. So startpoint objective are to improve and understand which their own competences and to foster them for the best, in theri social and job life. Volunteers will help and cooperate with the specialised employees of the cooperative in the different field of interest, developping and creating activities for youth and also events. Non formal education methodology will be used, so that volunteers will learn by doing and will understand, discover and face with problems, opportunities and positive and negative factors of this job. Volunteers will be asked to propose and help with their ideas to organize and to enhance atvities of the youth center in which they will work, so that they could feel active participants and to paly a foundamental role.
