The project ''Creativity and Sharing for Empowering Social Inclusion- CSESI' is a shared idea between partner organizations who share similar concerns about their status and their youth workers development. The main concern is to assist on the procedure for their youth workers development in both professional and personal level in order to improve their approach towards their youths needs. In a more specific context the main idea behind this project was to provide tools and share reflections and expertise to youthworkers (and in macro level to create the level of sustainable impact on local communities and in wider lifelong learning society) that support their development for more successful implementation of inclusive practices, empowering creative thinking and strengthening international active cooperation. Therefore partner organizations' project managers and trainers designed this project based on their members needs using innovative and attracting methods, that in macrolevel will inspire their youthworkers to be more competent and their youths to overcome possible acts of social exclusion and inactivity.This project also aims to brings closer youthworkers from partner organizations in order to share practices, reflect on ideas and create new innovative tools on how to enhance social inclusion through non formal learning. All eight partners (Turkey, Malta, Romania, Greece, Lithuania, Estonia, Bulgaria, Spain) with 29 participants during the project week, intend to show the power of Non formal Learning approaches on inspiring youthworkers to be more creative, develop themselves professionally and personally and turn into more competent on supporting social inclusion within their local communities. During and afterwards, the project aims to assist youth workers to turn into multipliers and lead young people to contribute effectively and positively in their community through the development of activities. In this regards through this project we intend to foster, develop and support youth cooperations, initiatives, intercultural and gender collaboration and a strong representational youth voice in the service and decision-making life of their community, their region, in national and international basis. Based on this concept, through this project we suggest variety of Non Formal Learning activities like simulations, role plays, theater based sessions etc in order to involve actively the participants. This way all of the participants will experience a blend of ideas and sessions which will inspire them to be more creative, share ideas and practices and be further developed as professionals (and in personal level as well) acquiring basic competences (social, creativity, languages, digital).Our main objectives through this project are:1. To increase awareness of the importance in collaboration in intercultural environments.2. To promote Non Formal Learning as tool for social inclusion and equity. Thus we aim to organise Non Formal Learning on practical approaches and methods for supporting Social Inclusion and creativity 3. To develop participants social and personal skills like team work for social problems, video/film making, team spirit in volunteering4. To create an awareness about social inclusion and participation of young people, and provide ideas on how they can overcome it through cooperation, sharing and nfl5. To provide participants with useful learning tools that will help them to rise the quality of their society when dealing with youth with fewer opportunities in participation and citizenship.6. To help participants to be more aware (and be able to present in their organizations) of the value of Erasmus +: Youth in Action program;7. To help participants acquire high-quality Youthpass Certificates and Europass CV;The expected impact on participants:As a direct impact we expect more openness in the attitude of the participants that will help them to understand their status of living and thinking in a more complex way, how they can improve their opportunities they have as youthworkers. They will also develop their competence on social skills, managing, suggesting ideas and even solving small scale problems that are related to their own life or to their own societies.The expected impact for participating organizations is that they will reform and improve their policy and practice regarding the themes of the project. Moreover, participating organizations might prepared more projects under E+.Moreover, local communities to open themselves to the rest of the world disseminating any effort they are doing regarding the topic of youth participation and social inclusion.Project outcomes and results: Youthpass for pax, booklet (with nfl tools and experiences), related weblog etc.
