Creatividad,inclusión e internacionalización
Start date: Jun 1, 2016, End date: May 31, 2018 PROJECT  FINISHED

The project will be carried out to conceal the needs detected in our school. Our school has a considerable amount of pupils with learning problems. (Between 30 and 40%) who need new methodologies to improve their results and increase their motivation in school matters. However, in a low percentage, we have children with special education needs such as Down's syndrome, autism, dyslexia and other ones with reading and comprehension difficulties. After analysing our results in the 1st term evaluation we have checked that a considerable amount of children have problems in reading & comprehension and in writing, too.We need training to conceal these deficiencies. So we want to train in new techniques and methodologies which are carried out in other countries. We need to tackle these deficiencies the sooner the best. Due to we are poor in human resources to deal these matters from the very beginning, as a result of taking training courses we hope that our staff will be able to attend our diversity and even we'll be able to keep on being an inclusive school. We are a teaching staff really concerned and open to new ideas and methodologies. We carry out lots of activities as for example a program of scholarship success through music. We have a school orchard, art projects and a common and motivating reference theme for our pupils each year to work on it all together. On one hand, we need training to improve our teaching practice and on the other hand we need export ours. This mobility project covers both of them.It is known that creativity improves motivation and satisfaction in both teachers and pupils. The inclusive school also improves the abilities and skills as much for children with special needs education as for children who don`t require it. The CLIL methodology enhances better motivation and better social educational skills .For that very reason it is a need since the pre-primary classes.Consequently, our objectives and impacts are:Optimize the management and internationalization of our projects. We have been members of some eTwinning projects which have supposed a great motivation for our pupils but we want to take more profit of them.Extend our practise of CLIL methodology to pre-primary classroom and other subjects in primary.Increase our diversity care taking good practices from other countries.Implement our Success project of music, bearing in mind new methodologies.Promote the creativity and the entrepreneurship in our pupils and teachers. The members of the mobility will be six teachers. Their profile intends covering all our school needs and they have some linguistic competence (B1-2). These members have committed themselves to transmitting their learnings. Our training is related to the needs through the courses selected in School Education Gateway (eTwinning) platform. European project management and design for teachers, headmasters and educators (our headmaster). CLIL for pre-primary teachers (two pre-primary teachers).Inclusive and special need education (Our psychologist).Teaching music (primary-secondary)( a teacher with musical degree).English language & Practical methodology: Creativity in primary classroom ( vice- principal & English teacher). All our learning incomes will be shared with the other teaching staff members through our school training plan.We are intending getting an improvement in our pupil’s abilities and skills in the detected needs and a greater satisfaction in our teaching tasks. We like sharing our results with other schools that have common interests and needs. Our preview results and impact are based on the achievement of the proposed objectives.Among the long term benefits we think of we can add new teaching practices into our improvement plan and even add some educational ideas to our school general plan so that we’ll be dynamic and modern school, open to Europe and the new pedagogies.
