Creative Methodology and Language Awareness

The background for the project is to strengthen the international dimension at our school. To upgrade the qualifications of our English teachers and to continue a development of the subject English at all levels. We hope to send 5 teachers to a course at ADC College. All 5 are English teachers by education. The participants will have to arrange, communicate, apply and structure the 14 day course stay themselves, but will recieve suppeort from school management (vice principal and headmaster). The participants own interest, motivation and drive must be put into the project. The participants must constructe a form of goals, expectations and evaluation plans before the course (SMTTE). After the course it is expected that the participants write a report and plan lessons for the use of inspiration and idea to the rest of the staff. Evaluation is expected to take place through talks and work with vice principal and headmaster.
