The aim of the project is to improve the conditions for cross-border co-operation in the field of education and free time spending activities by local societies and to create favorable environment for cross-border partnership.The immediate objectives are as follows:1. Stimulating and propagating new forms of active free time spending and new educational activities and establishing permanent contacts among various actors from Pomeranian and Klaipeda Regions.2. Decreasing marginalization of Pomeranian and Klaipeda Regions through implementation and development of educational activities and active free time spending alternatives.Project activities mainly focus on a number of events and trainings.
