Creating Cross-Border Volunteer Center Fireman to improve fire safety (IPBU.03.01.00-20-440/11)

Project main goal is a creation of institutional cooperation in the Polish-Belarusian fire safety. Implementation of project will improve the availability of qualified staff and equipment necessary for the organization of cross-fire initiatives, stimulate the development of cross-border cooperation with a special focus on regional and local level in the field of firefighting safety and support volunteer fire fighting units, with particular emphasis on the structures formed and Belarus.The basis for the development of cross-border cooperation will be the creation and operation of Transboundary Volunteer Center "Fireman". Common Regulations, the Board, professional equipment and volunteers Centre Project are the effects used by both countries. Activities center on both sides of the border will serve to implement the common objectives. By providing access to qualified staff and equipment necessary for the organization of cross-fire initiatives, organizational barrier is removed and thus will be guaranteed continuity of work in the sphere of fire events, the increase in their volume and quality. Center create favorable conditions for development of a new trend in Belarus, which is the social organization of fire fighting operations, the ability to capitalize on the experience of Polish organizations, regional development initiatives to fire in both countries, increase in the number of initiatives across borders, the formation of new partnerships, dissemination of volunteering.
