"Create your future - be your own boss" is a multicultural youth exchange. It will gather 40 youngsters from Estonia, Portugal, Romania, Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Italy and Czech Republic. The project will take place in South-Estonia, Põlvamaa on 03.07-12.07.2014. This project is mainly aiming to introduce entrepreneurship world to youngsters, raise youths' motivation, knowledge and skills, to reduce unemployment among the youngsters by inspiring them to start a company or start-up, to develop creative thinking and innovation through different workshops, to help to create their own business plans and inspiring ideas, to integrate participants with different cultural background, to make a opportunity for youngsters with fewer possibilities to take part in projects and to grow tolerance between youngsters . During the project participants have the ability to develop their own business ideas, listen and make workshops with entrepreneurs who give advice about entrepreneurship, get to know the risks and benefits about having their own company and to create workspace for those who have less opportunities. It is a 10 days full of non-formal learning methods such as discussion tables, workshops, forum theatre, teamwork, social games, world cafes, simulation games, photo performing, video performing, interviews and more. Our goal is to give experience and skills to youths what they need in their everyday life.
