Create-Social-Recources (CSR) is an international project designed for those involved and engaged in the implementation of youth projects, initiatives and activities involving the activities of young people, particularly from disadvantaged backgrounds, with fewer opportunities, in the context of enlargement / gain knowledge, tools, instruments and the ability to create cooperation with the business sector. The project will be directed, crucially on the issues of CSR (corporate social responsibility). It will be held in Poronin (Poland) within 15-22.09.2016. The project will be attended by youth workers, leaders from partner countries aged 18-30 years, a total of 26 people (24 participants and 2 facilitators from Poland).Based on the terminology derived from the European Commission CSR- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), enterprises, companies and corporations shall endeavor in the context of social and environmental change.The subject of training contributes to the objectives and priorities of the Erasmus +, which aims to promote cooperation and synergies between actors in the education of young people that use methods of non-formal education (non-governmental organizations, cultural institutions, youth clubs, etc.) And the business sector (companies, firms , corporations).Training Create-Sustainable-Recources involved in the activities of organizations: Poland (2), Macedonia, Latvia, Malta, Romania (2), Croatia, Slovenia and the Czech Republic (maintaining the diversity of geographical, economic and cultural), aims to equip youth workers with the tools, skills and tools related to develop the CSR strategy, which will serve to support existing / implemented youth programs, and will form the basis for new initiatives.Creating cooperation will be very helpful in the context of improving and increasing the knowledge, competencies, skills of young people and those working directly with them (going beyond the formal education system / school), by creating and implementing innovative programs and tools, methods, programs and educational tools.
