Learning entrepreneurship and youth empowerment is considered a transversal competence that should tbe taken into account in all areas of education. In our project we intend to use innovative methods for incorporating non-formal learning tools related to entrepreneurship in the field of music.The second priority is high quality learning opportunities, as music teaching techniques currently taught in the participating organizations that will enrich the project by incorporating components of empowerment and entrepreneurship among young music students.The EU CREATE project focuses on the exchange of experience and knowledge of three youth groups from Italy, Spain and Bulgaría. They are young people between 18 and 30 years old. The exchanges focus on promoting intercultural values among young artists and culture professionals in general, and their professions as well as for those who wish to develop skills and competencies, as well as a European approach towards preserving and strengthening the European cultural heritage.CREATE EU intends to focus exchanges between young people from different cultures and training programs, especially related to the world of Culture and Art, as well as related professions and provides a sum of activities, all geared toward creative and innovative methods to promote entrepreneurship, self-employment and empowerment. Participants will seek to share their critical views about major cultural and educational-professional between their countries in order to build a single new European consciousness tale guidance and training for employment differences.In this project, the young people involved will develop and consolidate constituent elements of the concept of entrepreneurship, creativity, collection of innovative methodologies and research excellence as well as the feeling of being European citizens with similar problems and expectations. Previous experiences have made these young people emerge in a particular perception of the obvious and unspoken demands of the labour market, in which, facing an increasingly demanding and highly specialized application, the training offer can not leave behind important new concepts commissioning of generating ideas enriching cultural activities both from an emotional point of view and also from the economic sphere. Hence the need, therefore, to continue in the reciprocal exchange of information and research useful and indispensable for innovative ways to adapt, innovate reinforce the system of education, higher education, continuing education and guidance at European level.-Etreprenuership And self-employment: increasing the social skills of young people involved.-Active citizenship in European consciousness: Debates and comparisons on the different ways of understanding music-New Skills for new jobs: young adaptability to the necessary changes in the labour market-Mobility In art and culture: promoting fruitful institutional interconnection between the artistic and cultural realities of the world in terms of promoting transnational work.The implementation of the activities will be three days of completion of activities (conferences, paper s communications, meetings, workshops, etc. of non-formal and informal learning)
