The main activity in my mobility project is a well outlined 2 weeks course in a language school in Ennis, Ireland. There are 2 main guide lines in the project which is perfectly within the frame of what our school wishes as to an opening to the international, in terms of developing the teaching of languages in our school. - The development of a strategy partner type project. - The settling of teaching Technology in a foreign language, ie in English, after the Technology teacher has been qualified. This could lead to the creation of a Euro course in English. The Technology teacher who wishes to make his pedagogical methods evolve by integrating practicing languages is also the resource person in terms of computer science. Several targets will have to aimed at during his stay: - Improve his language and professional skills - Discover other pedagogical methods, study the way the pupils are helped, orientated and tested - Prepare how qualify as a teacher of Technology in English ( to quickly teach his subject in English) - Find partners in the place where he’ll stay, ie Ireland so as to build up project an partnerships (on a strategy basis or etwinning-type). More generally, beyond t he mobility which is the target of this appliance form, he will work so as to reach the following aims in relation with the school project. - Go on with and built up projects within a frame of strategy partnerships with his colleagues and explain why his methods can be innovative on a pedagogical basis. - Inform his colleagues about the different possible partnerships within the frame of an Erasmus + programme. That obviously is the project of language training course but it will also impact on the learning of English by the pupils and make partnerships easy; the Technology teacher will then undoubtedly be able to share his experiences with his colleagues and thus boost even more this opening to the international, always being at the service of the teaching policy of the school. The will and demand of the teacher clearly show how dearly he wishes to make his methods evolve. He deserves to be taken on the training course.
