Efficient countering of trafficking in human beings and illegal migration in the participating countries; building up and strenghtening a regional joint mechanism for investigating cases of THB and IM, exercise the information exchange mechanism, mapping out the functions of national law enforcement authorities, elaborate policies at national level in this field, planning joint investigations and/or operations, networking among experts.
