The project aimed at strengthening family- and small enterprises facing economicchallenges in the agricultural area of the cross-border region of Hungary andRumania by way of setting up a business network for purchase-sales-logisticsservices incorporating innovative development. One of the objectives of the projectinvolved the compilation of a study plan on setting up a business cooperation networkfor IT-based purchase-sales-logistics. The study explores enterprises in the fruit- andvegetable business in both cross-border regions and looks at their application ofproduction-sales-enterprise management software. In addition, it covers the basicstructure of agricultural networks, the establishment of the necessary data models aswell as the structural and operational model of the network.
