Project background As a result of Ars Omnis cultural Institutes previous programs and partnership we managed to settle an outstanding working relationship with Italian, Romanian and the Polish organizations who were already been asked for to support the Budapest Cooltur JAM program. Since the above mentioned organisation's main achievements are related to youth programs, through developer courses raising the awereness for Europe among youngsters, so during the planing of several YiA programs we also set these goals for ourselfs. In the Cooltur JAM project as a host country we would like to organise a new prgram that fits these critereias. Goals: Our main goal this year is to raise the awereness for Europe and promote communication between cultures. We have choosen tools like workshops, presentations, video blogs, flashmob preparation wich message is the diversity of Europe. The hosting and the teammembers delegated by the partners can make a joint product while they are developing their creativity, self-expression, self-compliance and cooperation skills. Our mission is – through inspite of our previous working methods with new methods- that the participating individuals could experience how inspiring the european diversity can be. Since the question of market position of young people is an important question based on the experiences of theprevious programs, this year we would like to integrate this topic t itno our program. Nevertheless we set as a goal to raise the visibility of our project involving also secondary school students. The students of Szent László Secondary Schools media faculty will make interviews with the participating groups, documenting the daily happenings which will be uploaded to the blog of the dedicated blog. Number of participants and (professional) background The number of participants per country is 6+1 the teamleader. In addition occasional participants are the students contributing tomake the video blog. The participants of the project are young people between the age of 18-30 who are willing to work with the subject of europen citizenship, who are eager to learn about other nations culture within the program and are willing to promote the diversity of europe through the videoblog interface and participating on the flashmob. The bullet points of the process Preparation: The projects logistical preparations (signing of the contract, recruitment of the participants, organising the tours) the programs are paralell running in bond with the programs professional production from the beginning of 2014. June. Programweek: Under the budepest residency of the Cooltúr JAM we are developing and training our participants competencies through workshops, presentations, creative workshops where one of the most spectacular outcome will be a flashmob created from the choreography wored our during the afternoon programs. Closure:The administrational tasks needed to the project closure will be delivered by the organisation after the programweeks upcoming month. Expected results, short and long term effects of the project: As a result of the program with the help of teamwork we are developing every individual young persons –through the programs specially focused- key compenecies and skills (communictaing in foreign languages, digital competencies, learning to learn, individual and citizenship competencies, entrepreneur competencies, , cultural competencies), as well as the experiences and kowledge sharing delivered by the workshops will be a great asset to the participants which will have a positive effect on several nations groups daily cooperation what will multiply the visibility of the projects programs successful results. Throughout the creation process and the presentations every participant and observer will meet with the diversity of the cultures and inspiration through the videoblogs and flashmob.
