The project is created by the youth who loves to cook and wants to develop their passion with their peers from around the world. During the planned activities, we want to learn how to create dishes from different countries, starting with our national dishes. Through workshops conducted by the youth of the partner organizations with the support of the coach we will seek the origin of traditional dishes at the same time learning the techniques and history of the European countries. Participants will be enriched with theoretical knowledge but more importantly with practice. Each participant will have to cook dishes of selected country, at the same time using the knowledge and techniques presented by colleagues from that country and with the support of the coach. Everything will be cooked and served by us for us. Proper preparation of the table and the service will be a test of the organization and the project carried out during the workshop with Savoir-vivre. Each workshop will be enriched by the participants,that is our European, youth in new skills that will contribute in varying degrees to improve our situation on the labor market, The number of participants is 48 of 12 people from each partner country, namely Norway, Finland, the Netherlands. The site of action: Zakopane and surroundings (19-27.07.2015) Objectives: -Increased knowledge of young people about the kitchen in different European countries -Increase entrepreneurial skills, organization among young people -Increase the participation of young people in society in Europe. - To learn the secrets of the culinary arts from various parts of the EU - Integration through shared cooking - Improving knowledge of the history of European cuisine - Getting to know your own culinary options -Increased knowledge of Savoir-vivre, - Supports learners to acquire new competencies - A significant increase in foreign language skills of the participants; Results: - increased employability and better career prospects; - a greater sense of initiative and entrepreneurship; - increased independence and self-esteem; - better knowledge of foreign languages; - bigger intercultural awareness; - more active participation in society; - bigger knowledge of European projects and the EU; - increased motivation to continue to participate in the (formal / non-formal) education or training after a period spent abroad in the context of mobility. - a greater understanding of the diversity of social, linguistic and cultural diversity and a greater sensitivity to it; - biggera the possibility of training and development - better knowledge of foreign languages; - increased motivation and satisfaction with their daily work methods: - Integration games -Map Project expectations -presentation of partner countries' history, culture, music - puzzles, comics, movies -Integration through learning vocabulary from other countries - Evaluation meetigs - Summaryof the day conversation. - Introductory workshops to the topic of European cuisine, history and practice of "Yesterday and Today". - Savoir - vivre workshops -Introductory workshops of Norwegian, Finnish, Dutch, cuisine.Presentation prepared by the participants to describe the most popular dishes, traditional and beloved by Norwegians. - culinary workshops - food tasting presetation. - Workshops of Polish cuisine taste in theory, presentation of Polish group with a coach.
