The project " Convergences wood 2014-2015 ", which covers a period of 12 months and counts sixty participants, addresses the young graduates of a CAP- cabinetmaking who immediately wish to join the active life but wish for a further training, collected in a brief program, to appropriate a competence- key which their schooling did not get them at their level of studies: the computer-aided technical drawing (AutoCAD joinery software) handled in English language. Belonging to a home-made sector, which ignores the productions in big series, their vocation is to turn to the custom-made joinery what underlies outlets restricted on the scale of the French national market. So their best interests are to acquire the means to aim at markets or at the foreign jobs, that is, in an activity where the demand is in three quarters constituted by architects, to master the use of the technical drawing on software (what requires necessarily this clientele) and to deliver their technical drawings in English. Of an individual duration of two weeks in a company, this professional training course allows, by its methodology which places very fast trainee to the commands of his own progress (thanks to the assistance of an individual guardian) to return this one perfectly autonomous when due, according to the fixed objective: the master's degree of the tool using, in the double graphic and linguistic plan. It gets him at the same time a experience in the active life, to which he aspires, and acclimatizes him to a universe of international work (the partner of reception realizing besides the main part of his turnover in the export). The expected impact is, as well, a clear increase of the chances of occupational integration, specially by a more frank availability in the transnational mobility. It is besides by observation of this occupational integration that will become established mainly the analysis of the results which will go on over more than year after close of the action (that is a backward observation of almost two years for the trainees who will have been members of first waves of mobility).
