The project targets adults, whom are involved in jobcharacterized by inflexible work organization (army, police, health organizations, firebrigade and air traffic control). This group of adults, although involved in specific trainingactivities, are quite excluded from the long life leaning action aimed to developcitizenship and basic skills.CLAN will introduce an approach defined as Soft Learning using games, e-learning andcommunity of learners to facilitate the participation in LLL action. The method will bebased on research results covering the consolidation of work and family life and thusparticipation in training activity. The project aims also to develop curricula based onEuropean key skills, to verify and outline the new Soft Learning method. The project willcreate a web space for adult learners called Clan village learning life, which will facilitatethe exchange of information and make the learning resources developed by the projectavailable.
