The methodology is based in communication, participation, good climate, affectivity and continuous evaluation for improvement. The organization has a solid and dynamic structure that allows the volunteer be an agent of social change. All this is carried out with the support and supervision of the professionals who coordinate and arrange the club performance. We expect a result that adds value to the lives of participants and the organization, and a dynamic impact especially in our city, but also global. In the long term we expect greater social openness to cultural diversity and greater inclusion in mainstream society and europe ties based more human and less economic.
