In our global world, the population is more and more mixed. So this is important to educate ourself and the other to interculturalism in order to be able to progress, to take an active role in the social life with no discriminant attitude. Youth workers are fundamental of this education because they are connected with citizen of tomorrow. Their work are by essence linked to interculturalism. Our project consist of a training for this type of public in order to transform their professional method. The aim is to enable the youth to become citizen and active participant of their world. The training is a mobility, organize in three stage : A preparation to the mobility, one week in Hamburg or Saarlouis and finally a assessment.During the week in Germany, the youth workers will visit and observ organisation of social work. Also, they will meet professional and live intercultural pedagogical method. The training be based on the experience of the participant during the week in Germany. We will analyse this experience in order to capitalize this experience and to be able to transfer this in method they used at work. This training is open to participant who live in the territory where the CEMEA pays de la loire are active : Nantes, Saint-Nazaire and Le Mans. Groups will be composed by 18 participants including 2 trainers. So 3 groups and 60 persons in total. This training will be co-construct with the partner Dock Europe. The goal of this training is to enable the youth workers to transform their professional methods and to better take into consideration the specificities of the public. We expect a rise of mobility projects for young public in order to develop the european citizenship.
