The funding has been used to develop a multifunctional building complex by thereconstruction of a former residential facility for border guards that now housesaccommodations for 15 researchers, a forest school with accommodations forstudents and teachers, an office building and a conference room. In addition, threedemonstration foothpaths have been constructed in Lap-ret, Csipaksemlyek and Nagy-Szeksosto together with a 50-km-long hiking route. These new buildings will helpfacilitate that children learn about the significance of environmental protection andnatural balance while staying close to nature.
