The FUESCYL is the coordinator of this project that it will allow centers teachings of music, dance and arts from several countries to create international contacts and to exchange their knowledge. This consortium aims to promote the exchange and the mobility between teachers of the educations of music and dance, and teachers and pupils of the artistic educations, in order that they could acquire professional skills during their period of exchange with other consolidated artistic education centers. Mobility between different artistic schools may benefit from new points of view and ideas to the participating centers which will have the opportunity to cooperate with foreign partners and learn different ways of teaching and learning. In this project take part a large number of art education centers from 6 different countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Italy, Spain and Turkey. These centers are specifics to teaching dance, music and of art education, and have a common philosophy, to train future professionals in these specialities. The methodology of this project is based on two basic points. First, reciprocity of learning through the exchange of experiences of teachers and students, intercultural communication is encouraged and therefore of the knowledge and access to new working methods. Second, the autonomy of the schools that will allow the improvement and expansion of intercultural competente and autonomy of the teachers, by allowing trade personal development, acquisition of more safety, independence and professional ripeness. The results that this project will provide are: the acquisition of new skills, professional capacities, and abilities to adapt to a different linguistic, cultural and professional enviroment from the daily one, reflecting on their experiences and individual learning needs; cooperation and and expertise with other centers; the adaptation of new teaching methodologies in the didactic programs, and work inside the classroom; major interest from the center of its educational offerings, and for improving the assessment, image and prestige of the centers. In the long term and through this mobility project, the links will be reinforced between the different educational areas and there is improved the quality of training content of formation contributing new elements in the process of education the mobility and , and thus achieve European integration, social cohesion and the single labor market in the European Union, contributing to the creation of European citizens. These reasons may contribute to the change in the life and career path of the participants, by understanding and living with new cultures, work environments, customs and ways of living
