Connexions E+ Project Réunion-Roumanie (KeyAction 1 Youth workers Mobility) is based on the analysis that youngsters with fewer opportunities haven't enough informations and resources about the Erasmus + Programme opportunities (as how to be EVS? how to be involved in a youth exchange?) In order to develop new tools to increase our capacity to inform and support these youngsters, Ceméa Réunion and Asociatia Eiva have written this project involving the youth workers connected to the disadvantaged youth. First of all, The aim was to give the keys to the youth workers to understand the Erasmus + Programme. 20 youth workers have been directly involved in the Connexions E + Project (10 from Reunion Island, 10 from Romania). During the two periods of mobility, They met institutions, politics, Youth and Sports Ministry (local representations), local communality, a lot of youth workers or volunteers involved in youth's projects (in Romania and Reunion Island). Project's objectives: - Cooperation strategy building with specific themes as inclusion of disadvantaged youngsters / Risk prevention in isolated areas - Creation " Activity Management Tools" (collective or individual mobility) - Partnership Strategy through the Erasmus + Programme 2 activities: - 14 days in March, 2015 in Reunion Island: Study visit, partnership capacity reinforcement, training - 14 days in June, 2015 in Reunion Island: Study visit, Training "focus on writing project", Erasmus projects development, cooperation strategy We only used non-formal and active methods, involving the participants : collective workshops, outside events and immersion in local youth organisations , debates, intercultural evenings...
