The project improves knowledge base for co-operation and introduces co-operation between coastal municipalities and organizations located east of the capitals of Finland and Estonia, on the opposite shores of the Gulf of Finland. Project aims at networking local authorities, key-persons and other actors in the field in order to help sketch the future development, and to remove obstacles of development. Target areas: Itä-Uusimaa and Kymenlaakso with coastal areas; Eastern Harjumaa, Ida- and Lääne-Virumaa with coastal areas
