The youth exchange entitled 'ConnAction' organized by "KENA" (Belgium) in cooperation with "Maison des Jeunes et de la Culture de Charlieu (France) will take place in the Flanders in Belgium from 27th of July to the 3th of August 2014. The main aim of the youth exchange is to emphasize the role of sport as a bridge between youngsters of different backgrounds and different cultures. Further objectives of the project include promoting a healthy lifestyle and encouraging young people to become active citizens. During eight days, 50 youngsters of different backgrounds and nationalities will sport and play together. Sport and outdoor activities will be used as tools to stimulate social inclusion, excite intercultural dialogue and promote a healthy lifestyle. The active participation of the youngsters forms the main learning method and will provide the basis for exchanging ideas and views, experiences and 'good practices'.
