LFEE Europe and Confluence Scotland are experienced in offering full-immersion courses for teachers all over Europe. Their aim is to update participants’ competence and discursive skills in English, enhance methodological expertise in the teaching of English, consolidate and gain new ideas and materials for use in the classroom and to develop cultural awareness and understanding of contemporary Britain. We therefore would like to send two of our colleagues to Scotland. Newly gained knowledge and ideas are anticipated to be shared with all our English teachers. Another aim is to make the new knowledge usable for our school curriculum and for the organisation of our field trip to Great Britain offered for students of grade 7 and 8. The communication with colleagues from all over Europe is expected to result in new ideas for teaching and in motivating our students.
