Comprehensive Program for Social and Vocational Integration of Young Workers

There are many reasons (often highly individual) why young people give up education and training prematurely: learning difficulties, social problems or lack of motivation, guidance or support.Europe has many young school drop out, leaving education without skills. They need to participate in knowledge society and to move into employment. They face risk of social exclusion. Further, they are effectively shut out of lifelong learning early in their lives."CoPro Integration" project will be based on four main actions. These are; 1. Development of new educational approach modules as pedagogic 'second chance' model,2. Creation of training modules for social workers, trainers and supervisory staff, 3. Establisment of e-database through the collection of documents on EU education, training and employment strategies for vocational training policy makers, 4. Coaching and pilot training for fifty youthens on European operational and multidisciplinary training program to promote young workers for social and labour market.Main aims of the project are (i) develop new educational approaches in a supportive environment at work to young people dropping out of school, (ii) develop reintegration programs include communications, new technologies, cultural education and socio-occupational training, (iii) create package of training modules for social workers, teachers, instructors and supervisory staff, (iv) create thematic network dedicated to training for young workers who work as apprentice.There are ten partners from five countries (BE, DE, FR, SI, TR) and all partners has experience on vocational education and trainings. International partners are vocational institute of university, local educational authority, ministry of education and vocational rehabilitation institute. Local consortium include educational authority, universities, municipality and associations.
