In the age of the digital economy, the partners identify and anticipate what professions and skills are needed for the development of the digital sector in the cross-border area. These skills are to be found in “new companies” and represent the major vehicle for growth in the digital sector.Based on this analysis, the partners aim to develop support for educational and training bodies so that they can adapt their offer to sector needs. The measure should also help steer young people and jobseekers to these sectors through awareness-raising and information campaigns.
