The project was focused on students from upper secondary school cycle, Forestry Department, of forestry technician qualification and was organized the two flows that has been carried in Sweden, France institutions specializing in this area. For the need of specialized teachers and staff mobility training has been organized training activities to Forestry Institute and research located in Biri, Norway. The project was based on the idea that skills and competencies learners from initial vocational training provides opportunities for greater integration on the labour market in the country and in Europe, an open horizon for chosen qualification and development of entrepreneurship in carrying out specific activities. The project responds also to the needs of teacher training in forestry school, with regard to the promotion of quality in learning and continuous training through the development of professional skills as staff participants to training activities and will help their students indirectly in educational process. The topics of training have been included in the curriculum for 11th class for the three flows, fields of forestry, both for learners and staff. The project objectives have been centred on the development of specific competencies, management and care of the forest stands, the harvesting and collection of wood, measuring, estimating woody trees, morphological characteristics of flora species and forest indicators flora for both flows, as well as the possibility to work in team, to adapt to a new environment, perception in relation to work and to communicate in a foreign language. The learning outcome and the results obtained by each participant were obtaining the Europass Mobility certificate issued by the sending and receiving organizations validated. The results obtained by participants are connected with new technologies in the field of forestry, with the problems faced by European countries for restoration and reforestation of woodland, forest and ecological reconstruction with examples of good practice, to be involved in the management of forest ecosystems, and techniques of forestation and forest crops. The mobility for learners has been developed in three flows: first flow was organised at Kvinnerstagymnasiet Orebro Sweden, in between 10-23 March 2015, the second flow was organised at Ecole Forestiere from Javols-France, in between 6-20 October 2015. The training activities for staff was organized at Forestry Instiute Biri in Norway,in between 21-23 September 2015. The benefits obtained by the students and teachers who participated in the mobility are as follow: acquisition of competence in the field of forestry as well as carry on the seedlings, planting methods, cutting wood, activities that form an integral part of the learning process of the participants, based on the student-centred methods: learning through discovery, exercise, direct observation. Training activities contributed to the establishment of a partnership which in the future will contribute to the development of personal and institutional and the schools through training courses, conferences, and seminars by EEA grants or other financial resources. The mobility ensured plus-value as: the ability to communicate more easily in a foreign language, to exchange ideas, to work in a team, to learn how to put the issue of forestry and protection of the environment in Europe. The acquired competencies has contributed for learners to the desire to continue their studies in forestry, easier integration in the labour market, encouraged other colleagues to participate in European projects. The results obtained has ensured sustainability of vocational training of our county and constituted further elements for easy integration on the labour market in the country and the development of entrepreneurship. On the medium and long term the project help for consolidation the partnership with the receiving institutions from Sweden, Norway and France.
