> is a project for School education staff mobility developed in the frame the of Erasmus Programme, Key Action 1 ”Learning Mobility of Individuals”. It will be implemented during 2016-2017.This project is initiated by Secondary School no 5 from Drobeta Turnu Severin, Romania with “Second Chance” Education Program. A strategic priority of institutional development of the Secondary School No. 5 the overall aim of the project is increasing international cooperation at the institutional level, the introduction of best practices in the teaching process and making connections for new European projects generating motivation for pupils and teachers.The project aims to solve four major issues of institution:1. The poor quality of school internationalization;2. dramatic increase of dropouts and decrease the number of students who enroll in school;3. The need for teachers to develop key competences of European (digital, linguistic, social and civic, leadership, working in multinational teams, classroom management, working methods and appropriate communication to students who learn in "Second Chance");4. The need for cross competence based curriculum focused on multidisciplinary approaches and inter trans innovative teaching process to harness the skills, passions, interests, students' creativity and generate motivation both for students and for teachers.Therefore, to develop a set of key competences and cross-European, 10 teachers will participate in five transnational mobility flows: 2 flows in Slovenia and 3 flows in Germany. Skills developed in training programs abroad will be multiplied and operated through workshops held at the school. In the second phase of the project, participants in transnational mobility will write a curriculum for students in school education "Second Chance". This curriculum will be taught in Blended Learning mode via Moodle installed on the school web site.As an extra added value of this project, all participants will develop skills to create a school curriculum centered on approaches inter trans and multidisciplinary innovative learn to digitize the content to be posted on Moodle project platform and will teach them in Blended Learning. Also, all 10 participants will have the opportunity to practice English and to establish links with colleagues from other European countries, as a starting point for other partnerships and school projects. Develop skills for teamwork by involving participants in multinational groups, sharing best practices among participants from different European countries and the establishment of educational networks for future opportunities Erasmus + are so many benefits and results for the 10 participants in training and for all students and teachers from School 5. So mobility at different institutions abroad, activities of transnational cooperation, transfer of best practices, making connections for new European projects, encouraging further staff mobility through new schemes of professional mobility will generate a chain reaction: increasing international cooperation, continue modernization of the teaching process and additional motivation for students and teachers.As a general effect of sustainability, the European Development Plan for Secondary School no. 5 integrates medium-term operational measures and multiplication skills developed in this project Erasmus +, by a future project implemented under the Operational Programme Human Capital P.O.C.U. 2014-2020 - NEETs - young people without a job, nor is a program of education or training. ("Not in employment, education or training" as defined EC) - Priority 6: education and skills, Specific Objective 6.1: Increase the number of unemployed young Neets aged 16-24 years, registered in SPO returning to education through programs such Second Chance.
