The aim of the project is to determine a growth of the quality in initial vocational education and training of nurses, through training and development of compenences (knowledges and skills) in a European framework (for 40 participants), and the specific objectives are: 1. The acquisition by the 40 participants, of new knowledge on providing patient care in another health system (how the concept of Virginia Henderson nursing diagnoses and Nanda system are implemented); 2. The increase of communication skills in a foreign language of the 40 participants and integration in multidisciplinary work teams; 3. The acquisition by the 40 participants, of practical skills regarding application of autonomous or delegated interventions on nursing patients with medical disorders or elderly patients. The aim of the project will be reached through the development, in partnership with CENTRE HOSPITALIER CHARLES PERRENS from Bordeaux, France (P1) şi Beneavin House (P2) from Dublin, Ireland, of 4 apprenticeships based on training modules "Psychiatry and psychiatric nursing" and "Gerontology, geriatrics and specific nursing", each lasting 84 hours of practical work. The apprenticeships will be organized in four flows: F1- Bordeaux -FRANCE; 10 pupils, between 08.05.2016 and 28.05.2016; receiving organisation P1; content of the traineeship - 84 hours of practical work and 6 hours of assessment based on module "Psychiatry and Psychiatric Nursing " from the national curriculum; F2- Dublin- IRELAND; 10 pupils, between 08.05.2016 and 28.05.2016; receiving organisation P2; content of the traineeship - 84 hours of practical work and 6 hours of assessment based on module "Gerontology, geriatrics and specific nursing" from the national curriculum; F3- Bordeaux -FRANCE; 10 pupils, between 05.06.2016 and 25.06.2016; receiving organisation P1; content of the traineeship - 84 hours of practical work and 6 hours of assessment based on module "Psychiatry and Psychiatric Nursing " from the national curriculum; F4 - Dublin- IRELAND; 10 pupils, between 05.06.2016 and 25.06.2016; receiving organisation P2; content of the traineeship - 84 hours of practical work and 6 hours of assessment based on module "Gerontology, geriatrics and specific nursing" from the national curriculum.
